The cost for a house in San Diego California is $569, 000 up to One Million for a average home.
Rent for a Brand new 4 bedroom, 3 bath, upstairs, back yard. $2,100 a month. My husband and I were very blessed to find a brand new home, but that rent is normal for the size, even the old ones.
The cost for a one bedroom apartment is $700 a month or so.
The living cost is crazy. My bill for gas & electric is $200-$300 a month.
Cable, phone, and high speed Internet is $160 a month, but that is for two phone lines.
